We respect your privacy. This extension is designed to prioritize user convenience while ensuring that no personal data is collected or shared. Below is a summary of how the extension operates and protects your information.

1. Data Collection
Openrouter Balance does not collect any data. The Openrouter API key you provide is saved locally in your browser and is never sent to or stored on external servers.

2. Data Usage
The Openrouter API key is used solely to fetch and display your current Openrouter balance. No other data is accessed or used by the extension.

3. Data Storage
Your Openrouter API key is stored locally within your browser. If you uninstall the extension, the API key and any associated data are automatically removed.

4. Data Sharing
The extension does not share any data with third parties, including Openrouter. All interactions occur directly between your browser and Openrouter’s API.

5. Interaction with Third Parties
The extension only interacts with Openrouter to retrieve your balance. Additionally, there is a “Buy Me a Coffee” link provided for user donations, but this is entirely optional and unrelated to the functionality of the extension.

6. User Rights
As the extension does not collect any personal data, there is no data to manage, delete, or retrieve. If you uninstall the extension, all stored information (e.g., your API key) is removed from your browser automatically.

7. Compliance with Privacy Laws
Since Openrouter Balance does not collect, store, or process any personal data, it fully complies with international privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
